I have a jd 112( around a 1975 ) that has a hydralic lift. i had to put about a half pint of hyd. oil to fill the tank , still will not lift the snowblower. Anything else i should check to see why...- nobody cares

1974 MODEL 112 runs fine for about 15 minutes then acts like it runs out of gas let it sit for about a minute or two starts back up in a run for about another 20 minutes can anybody help me.- denny 423

Strong 112
Model Year: 1973
Purchased this mower used and it has served us extremely well. Built very strong, has had many duties. Some working it fairly hard. It is now mainly used for aerator and pulling yard cart or any job requiring chains on wheels. We also use a Ransomes Bobcat 5 ft. mower, a John Deere 245 and a John Deere D i30 plus a older John Deere STX 38. I plan on keeping the old 112 as part of our family heritage, great old unit.
Pros: Dependability and strength.
Cons: None besides lack of newer features for convenience.
