Front wheel bearing must be greased regularly or bearing will fail resulting in wheels falling off. Also, front tire tend to go flat over winter storage. A couple of tubes would probably correct the issue, but I just re-inflate them and they are good to go. Otherwise with good care, regular service, and indoor storage, they will last for decades! Not much of a "tractor", but it will do until I am able to get at least 8 acres and can get a small, old IH!
Pros: Easy to transport, easy to change blade (it stands up on the end), rear engine so easy to drive/steer.
Cons: Annual wheel bearing grease mandatory. Front tires go flat during long storage. Mine needs non ethanol free gas and won't start at all with old gas.
