Man, you guys make me and bx23 feel antiquated. But nice looking Bota.

The dealer forgot to mention that the 3pt was an option so I didn't end up paying for them. I agree with others though as far as I can tell it is just a BX24 without the abrupt stop issue.

That being said, I love my BX as I keep finding more ways to use it. So far:

*Log holder for cutting with chainsaw
*How do you use it for this?

They are standard on the BX23 and BX25 .
I've heard they are an extra cost option on the BX25 going for as much as $500.

Pick up a downed tree with the BH and hold it in the air while I cut it into smaller pieces to burn. Beats risking a ground stike with the chainsaw. :D

The dealer told me the 3Pt Kit was around $340 CDN so you lucky US guys should be able to get them for under $300. I for the life of me can't see why anyone would order the BX25 without them.

I have used the FEL to hold down 4x4 and other sizes of post and 4'' and 6'' plastic pipe so i could saw it with a saws all or jig saw.

I found one dealer that told me he would sell the 3P for $200.

You should not feel that way - the BX23 is a wonderfull machine. If you ever get a chance to view both machines side by side, you will see that your BX23 is built much stronger than the BX24 or BX25.

How do you know the BX23 is stronger?

BTW, my dealer included the 3-pt. hitch with the deal.

Simply place the machines are side by side; you will quickly see that the BX22 and BX23 are built stronger than the BX24 and BX25. Your eye will see noticeable differences in the gauge of the steel and the size of several parts on the FEL and BH. You can also ask your Kubota dealer how many cracked plastic body parts and defective instrument clusters he has had to replace on the more recent models. Very little warranty work was required on the earlier models.

Congrats on negotiating a free the 3P.
