Simply place the machines are side by side; you will quickly see that the BX22 and BX23 are built stronger than the BX24 and BX25. Your eye will see noticeable differences in the gauge of the steel and the size of several parts on the FEL and BH. You can also ask your Kubota dealer how many cracked plastic body parts and defective instrument clusters he has had to replace on the more recent models. Very little warranty work was required on the earlier models.

I HAD a BX22 and now a 24...Plastic hood and fendors do not define better built. Funny I had more issue with gas ind, leaky hyd, hood rattle on my Bx22. ZERO issues on my BX24...
