Well here are my first photos of my BX25. I woke up this morning and went right outside to start work on my yard. Ripped out some shrubs and did some logging. I am totally impressed with this machine! I was using a chain to bring dead trees out of the woods to cut and burn and it dawned on me. Why not use the BH. I just backed right up to the first downed tree, reached out with the BH and pulled it out into the open. Amazing!

Cheers,

Maybe I am wrong here, but why are people goo-goo over a Bx25 when it is 95%+ a Bx24????

Did you get the 3 point arms with the tractor. ?
I hear they aren't standard equipment any more.

I bought my 24 in May (?) or so, and they came standard with mine.

The dealer forgot to mention that the 3pt was an option so I didn't end up paying for them. I agree with others though as far as I can tell it is just a BX24 without the abrupt stop issue.

That being said, I love my BX as I keep finding more ways to use it. So far:

Juniper remover
Lawn mower
Tree hauler
Stump remover
Logging skidder
Log holder for cutting with chainsaw
Garbage curb hauler
Neighbor magnet
Drive to the mailbox vehicle (need excuses to ride)

I'm sure as time goes on this list will the the length of the page.

They are standard on the BX23 and BX25 .
I've heard they are an extra cost option on the BX25 going for as much as $500.
