Take your time with the tractor selection, and be sure not to get one too small. There have been guys on here that wanted to upgrade shortly after buying one, the dealers told them, nope, no way to work out the trade-in, too new. Anyway, when time for a rotary cutter, look at heavy duty ones for those trees you have. My medium duty will cut down up to 2" trees. However, half the time I cut them down going backwards, but the steel back end of cutter was being bent by hitting trees and was pushed into cutter blades. So I wiah I had gone with a heavy duty cutter instead of medium.
Last thing about cutter through trees is if your ROPS have lights mounted the stick out to the side, trees can break them off in a hurry.
