Pat's Quick Change question

   / Pat's Quick Change question #21
Just ordered mine from Pat. They said they ship today by UPS so I expect to see them tomorrow. I did a lot of reading and was impressed by users and the 30 day money back offer. They said they will fit my 265 MF just fine but it is nice to know I can get the $200 back if I so desire. I have a lot of drive shaft to work with on the heavy duty bushhog plus I can lift a little higher using the box blade. My Zetor had longer arms and I liked that.

Ordered my PATS, Too!
Also tested my Hydraulic Front Blade then stored it with my Wheel Horse snowthrower.
Tiller & tooth bar should arrive in a few days. Almost 20 hours already!

I love mine and the first time you hook up with the "Pats" you'll see how easy it is.. I used to horse all my implements around and Pats sure made it easy. Just my opinion. I'm sure you'll find hooking up 95% easier....

That's too bad... I could have sold you a very lightly used set for cheap money! (and in NH too!)

Any update on those? It seems like they would flop back and forth.
I was going to update on those today with pictures. 34 degrees here now but going to get up to 70 so will post pictures later. I did install them, took less than one minute. With them standing up the arms did not drop enough to set under the pins on the boxblade. Choice, lift the boxblade up to seat them, take them off and install other set that comes straight back that was 60' away in my garage or turn the top set ones upside down. Turned the top side ones down and dropped arms down on pins, locked them on, hooked up upper arm and adjusted it and took off. Pulled boxblade through rocky area for a few hours, got stopped by catching a few hugh under surface rocks a few times and then returned tractor to it's building. To take the cheap ones off and on are so quick and simple it's almost unbelievable. I bought Pat's for my first set. Pat's are great. Pat's are wonderful. Pat's are super. Glad I bought Pat's. Glad I sold Pat's and bought these new cheap ones. Pat's are great, Kubota insurance is great. What ever some of you have bought are the greatest. Mine are not the greatest, they are doing the job and I'm not questioning what anyone else has bought and not putting anyone down for what they have bought, just trying to tell what I've bought and how well they work or don't work for me. Just providing my experience and some times my reasoning. Price and performance. More expensive does not automatically make some thing better, some times it doesn't even make it as good. I'm not anti Pat's and I'm not even encouraging the $70 set I bought on Ebay because the seller did not even leave me positive feedback after I paid for them.:)

Being "cocked" inboard the way they are, how can they possibly work at all?

Having tried both of these systems and having got frustrated with them both and then getting a genuine quickhitch and loving it I am curious as to why there is such an aversion to a real quickhitch on this forum:confused::confused2:
