22 pistol

I have a ruger 9mm and smith armory KD 40 cal semiauto pistols. Thinking about getting a 22 pistol. Mostly for target practice. Needs to be a semiauto. I have looked at ruger and browning target pistols but it doesn't have to be a target pistol. Any suggestions/recommedations would be helpful. No brand loyalty. I have heard cycling can be a problem with 22 pistols?
The Beretta 87T is an absolute tack driver...shoots as well as my '70's vintage S & W 41...however, they are running about $750 retail right now. Go on Gunbroker.com and do some window shopping...real easy search function with pictures and prices both new and used. You can buy from anywhere in the country and have it transferred to you through an established dealer network for around $20-$35 transfer dealer fee.

Well, shoot, I thought I had a Mark II.....maybe it's a III.....what's the difference......i've been out of guns for quite a few years.....buy one every now and again.....

It's stainless steel, slab side....I think it was a target model.......

whatever it is, it shoot great......

the smaller barrel ones are a great deal.... $175 and up for them......for that price, everyone should have one...

I shoot a Ruger Mark III S/S Bull Barrel. LOVE IT.

A cheap modern pistol for me is the Baretta U22 Neos, under $300 dollars and fairly reliable. Top it off with your favorit RED DOT sight and you will have fun speed shooting pistol.
