Getting Kubota TLB L46. Need some help

This just doesn't fit the debate at hand.

Re-checked the brochure for the 45....
"...weighing in with loader and backhoe at approximately 7200 pounds, use your CLASS C LICENSE and a 3/4 ton pickup truck with a 10,000-pound GVWR rated trailer to move the L45 from site to site quickly and easily."

Seems like Kubota feels it fits the debate at hand.

Still has no relevance. It doesn't prove or disprove anything.

That could be done with a 3/4 ton and 12k GVWR trailer, or a 3/4 ton and a 14k GVWR trailer, and a 3/4 ton and 16k GVWR trailer. All with a class C, or a class D here or a class E in some states.

Like jdonovan pointed out whether or not the trailer is over 10k GVWR or not can dictate what class of licenses you need it will still depend on the truck towing it..

No your wrong and they are right. No one else can be right but Duffster. Even know if you do a search there are thousands of post which state the same thing I have tried to explain to them on the web.

And who am I . I just own one and haul it around and do work with it. But hey I have to be wrong because One guy that sits on his computer that has over 3000 post knows everything about everything. We all have to be wrong.

I can tell one thing your not out there working if your sitting making 3000 post on T.B.N.

Here is my L45 at 7200lbs and my!! 10k G.V.W.R trailer. This is legal that I know for sure. If I had a 12k G.V.W.R trailer hook to my truck empty I would get a fine because I don't have a class A CDL.

Another thing some people need to read is the difference between G.V.W.R & G.C.W.R.

Pretty bold statement for someone that can't read.

I can read and no the difference between GVWR & GCWR you don't.
Do a search and see how many people agree with me and kubota but hey we are all wrong and you are right.

So please explain the difference between GVWR and GCWR and how it is confused here?

You repetitively throw statements like this out yet can not explain anything or prove your point or post any FACTS.

You obviously don't know Jack Schit.

YouTube - You don't lnow Jack Schit

Ok one more time when the trailer is in excess of 10k you now have to get the next class of licenses. Period!! Look I drive and haul one day in and day out have been stop many times . You are wrong you look at it that if you don't meet both parts of the equation you can tow what you want. You can't!!

Look lets say a tractor trailer bed 18 wheeler. Weighs in at 15k empty and my F250 is at 8k so I can just hook up to it and go. 23k total. You will have your ***** FINED OFF.
