B2320 in Atlanta waiting for a ride north

Waiting on my B2320 to snuggle in with some more of Barlows ordered Kubota tractors and implements and get on the road from Atlanta to Somerset. Should be a full delivered load by next week.

Have Brady fill the rears. Gonna get the rear wheel widening kit?

Can't part with any of the fleet. They are like ones children, they are different and each have their place/function.
I am having Steve (Dad) fill the tires.
This one will be used for tilling, boxblading, overseeding and maybe plowing a time or two but on flat ground except for the occasional over seeding.. Do I need widening kit and what cost/benefit would it be?

Congratulations, but where on earth did this come from? Maybe I missed a thread or something, never the less have fun with your new Kubota B2320 as I know you will. Oh maybe if you stop at Barlow's you'll see my grand L 3540, suppose to be coming up North very shortly.

I don't know if you need the rears widened, but your terrain is hilly, so I'd sure give it some thought. Don't know what 3" would get you in "feel". Wish someone here who has the kit would comment, or perhaps you(me) could start a thread on that question.

i do not have them, as I don't leave flat land with the tractor.

As for "where this comes from?" "didn't see this coming" hahaha, I did!!
John's gonna have a dedicated "farm" tractor and I say, a big huzzah!!

Oh man!!! You shouldn't have said that.

John's story is simple. Life is short, He enjoys this. No other vices. He doesn't smoke, drink or chew nor run with those who do. Kinda like that.
He also has certain write offs and business situations. Rich? Nah.

Thanks BP. The B2320 will be used on my flat sections of land mostly. I have the BX25 and F for the hilly parts.

Yes, yes it was. Well, not really. I've been pondering it since BP got his and when I started doing more tilling at two different locations.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of the new Orange! :thumbsup: My neighbor got a B2320 a few months ago and he loves it! The amount of work he has accomplished with that Bota is just amazing! :thumbsup:

If a guy can afford it and has the business sense and write-offs to have both a Kubota TLB and a dedicated small CUT, why not? Seriously.

John wouldn't be the first guy on here to have two tractors. When you're young, changing a backhoe on and off and installing the 3 pt hitch is OK. But, at our age, well let's just say age can have it's privileges.

The B2320 is a small tractor. It isn't that much different than a BX, but the ground clearance is what is needed for light farm type work. At the price point of a BX2660? You gotta love it.

The at our age part also has a down side. Easier to damage the older body straining and pulling and dropping heavy stuff. What's a back strain worth in dollars? If you've never had one, probably not much. If you have then it becomes more clear and I have had so it's worth more than $150 a month to me.
