Lol..... Thanks Bill, you know the one thing NH has plenty of, it's Rocks!

Here the latest pix.

Getting utilities inside.

Installing french drains on hill side.

All backfilled and ready for framing.

I plan on doing something with the hillside to prevent or slow down wash downs, I'm just not sure whether it'll be rip rock (4-6" crushed stone) or mulch. Either way, it won't be easy or cheap!

How many truckloads of sand did you have to bring in...

One more load coming for the right side, which will make 6 load of 16 yds. each. We were also able to take some material from the inside that we used against the hill.
But all together?? Not sure, I wasn't there when they were putting in the drive.
I will still have to have more ledge pack for all the driveway area after the trucks are gone to finish it off.

I'm planning on putting Epoxy Coat on floor after the floor is poured. (30 day wait) Not gloss, just matte finish. I've heard good things about it, any comments?

Looks nice. Nice to get an early start in the spring!

We have built on hillsides and the sites add challenges. The water tends to run along the ledge rock. Do you have a plan for dealing with runnoff from the hillside and from the eaves?

Wow, "Not a bad days work".....You said it well.....

Looks great Pixguy (Green with envy here)........

What size I-joist are you using .........do you know what the floor rating is (PSF).....

What do you use for the end of the I-joists to tie them together....?...OSB...?......

Sorry for questions.....Thanx for the pix
