Backhoe for CK30

Unless you are driving on a road I would suggest taking off the triangular slow sign on the back of the backhoe. If you do any work near trees/branches it just may bend. Don't ask me why I would know that. :) :D :)

Roger that. I will travel the local road occaisionally and put it on then. Of course my roads have as much ag equipment running them as cars/trucks most days and many don't have any signage. The local outlook is if you can't see a 100+ hp tractor towing a 10' + wide implement that's your problem. So I may not bother or at least won't fret about whether it's on or not. Good tip because I will not be operating the hoe in wide open areas much.

Final it's here, my new KB2475 backhoe. I have the 18 in bucket and had the bigfoot pads installed. Now just have to get used to operating this thing:D:laughing:

Nice hoe, Karl. Are you going to connect up the toplink, too?

Why bother?

I don't know if i should connect the top link to the BH:confused: looks like it's made to connect it, but... i think it's a nice way to break the bracket from all stress from digging:confused2: I'll be ordering a 9 or 12 inch bucket tomorrow, 18 for stump digging is a bit too much.

I don't connect mine. It is useful to connect if you need a place to store the top link or keep it out of the way but modern subframes are designed to support the BH without using the top link.

I was told by dealer that Kioti does not recommend connecting the top link, at least on my CK20S.
We might all wonder why they put a bracket for a top link on the tractor if they do not want it connected???

I don't think the top link is supposed to be connected.
I have never connected mine.

I would connect it. Additional support and stiffness is good. I really like
the improvements made to the 2475 over the 2375.

What does your owner's manual say?
