The manual doesn't talk about the top link, neither to put the rear remote in A or B.
I did alot of shopping around before buying, every dealer in the province of quebec quoted 7000-7500$ + tx for the KB2475, 18 in bucket and subframe, bigfoot pads another 395$. Rather expensive i though, and seeing what others are paying for elsewhere, a dealer in another province quoted me a NEW KB2475, 18 inch bucket, subframe, AND bigfoot pads for 6150$ +tx. Boy do we get ripped off in quebec. Of coarse it was a 5hr away drive, but my 2 closest dealers are 2.5hr and 3.5 hr away.
Now that i have the BH installed gotta find some work for it:D i think i will be needing practice:laughing:

Congrats on the the new hoe. Who did purchase it from? That seems like a really reasonable price ,the quotes i have been getting are higher then that for the 6 1/2 kioti hoe for my ck 20. (i am in ontario)
I see you have to license your tractors in Quebec, i can't beleve that they don't make us in ontario do it ,not like the government to miss a chance to charge us another fee..lol

Hello Karl,
Do not hook up the top link. You will be asking for trouble and Kioti warns against it. Too Rigid with all that leverage. The one thing you do want to watch is the large mounting bolts on the subframe. That backhoe is very strong and you need to re-torque all those 8 large bolts that connect the hoe to the frame.
Do you dig it?

Where exactly did you hear that?

I have asked this question of Kioti factory personell at the World AG Expo
several times. I have had a long discussion about the improvements of
the 2475 over the 2375 with them more than once. Apparently, there is
nothing written about it in the 2475 manual (KiotiKarl).

I would be very careful about believing someone's opinion about this
before you know what experience or expertise that person has. Same with
any opinion that I state on TBN, too. I have arrived at my opinion thru
many years of questioning and reading docs from the tractor makers and
the backhoe makers, and performing my own tests and experiments. I
have tested OEM subframes and my own fabrications. I don't have all the
answers, so I welcome any and all scientific evidence to further this
discourse.

Thanks for the info, i did retorque the rear bolts, even after 12hrs. 3 different dealers have told me not to attach the top link to the BH, other BH companies require that the top link be connected, and some not. :confused2: I'll simply wont attache the top link, and IF something wrong happens i'll simply trade the CK for a Deere.:D

Per Kioti, DO NOT connect third link. Makes it too rigid. Need some "flex".

For those interested, these are the pages of my KB2475 manual for installing and removing the BH, if i read clearly, there is no mentioning of the top link. doesn't mean because there are holes/brackets that you have to put something in there:laughing: Dont want to start a debate here either.

Simple question, why would the OEM of the back hoe put the brackets on the back hoe for the top link and then tell you not to use those very brackets that they put on and I assume to use? Very very  ing to me. I'm glad that I have my Case 580 Super E, don't have to worry about these things. ;)

My Rhino came with the top link brackets because the backhoe is sold as a 3 point hoe, the subframe is an option.

Is this true of these other hoes? If so, then that makes sense, but I'm thinking that that may not be the case in some of these instances. :confused3:
