Waxman,

That is a great looking tractor you have and judging by your name, is probably very happy with its new owner!

Those guys at Ahearn are great, I bought my grapple through them and also had my tires filled with rim guard. I checked another local dealer off 495 and it wasn't quite (but almost) double the cost at the "other" dealer. I originally only called because I went to high school with them and figured I'd rather give them my business than someone I didn't know, but after the experience, ill keep going back for the good service.

Unless they changed the operator's manual there is a section right before maintenance that lists widths. It has both ag and industrial listed with different numbers for each. I suspect (never really thought about it before) that turf tires and industrial tires use the same steel wheel. For industrial tires/ wheel combo on a 3240/ 3540 the widths listed are 52.2, 53.5, and 57.7 inches. As I said before this is to the center line. So just measure the width of one tire and add it to Kubota's measurement and you should know the over all width for each way the wheel can be mounted.

My manual has the rear industrial tire size as 420/70-24. If so 420mm would be about 16.5 inches. That would be an over all width of 68 3/4".

Thank you very much crazyal for taking the time to measure and look up the specs I really appreciate it.
kOua I think I will take your advice and have two buckets , got a quick hitch might as well use it, thank for the advice.

No No I measured it will fit.
I hope you don't mind Paul, but I think I'm going to copy your backup camera location. It looks like the best spot. I was also thinking of getting two cameras having a split screen of the front bucket. Not sure if you can see anything from the grill guard or not. Ever think about putting another camera up front there? Did you use sheet metal screws to mount the bracket or bolt and nut?

On the camera I use you can put up to 3 cameras on it and split the screen. I have an extra camera but never used it. Didn't see the need for it up front. I just simply look out the window
Nut and bolt was used if I remember correctly. Ya its about the only place I thought was right. Glad you approved of my location

I meant see whats in your bucket, a lot of times I see a rock not sure if I got it or not. With the grand L it's even harder to see inside the bucket.
Paul I approve of everything you do, not so sure of the bucket hooks but everything else.

Cheaper to put a mirror on the bucket so you can see in it. Hey the bucket hooks work great. They got a lot of use in the last 50 hours. You need to think outside the box my friend. So instead of putting a chain over the bucket I put the chain in the bucket. :confused3:

Plus I love to go against the grain :D
