2013 Tundra vs 2013 Ford

They have the 7k rebate still. They were a few hundred cheaper than the Tundra, but tried to mess me over with the trades. That being said, the Tundra, for a few hundred more, had 3 things that really sold my wife and I- back up camera, rear a/c vents and more room/storage. My wife also like the console shifter.

Ford has all the same options but I guess you were looking at was on the lot.

Either one is a fine truck. Today its my top two choices also. The thing with the Tundra is its nearly a 10 year old design and with the model change coming its value will fall off like a rock.

Judging from this thread it sounds like Tundra is really popular in the US, up my way you see maybe 100 F-150 to one Tundra, strange thing is when it comes to cars its the other way around and its 100 Toyotas to 1 Ford

When you say storage room what do you mean? I noticed the Toyotas rear seat folds down instead of up against the back. I like the folding up style because I have a a lot of storage under the rear seat that is easily accessible. This also is better because with the seat up, things are securely on the floor instead of up on a seat back. I ordered my f150 with the backup camera and brake controller.

Have you considered ordering? I ordered my last two trucks exactly how I wanted them color and all. Saved money doing so by not getting things I didn't want. Does Toyota offer a keypad entry? To me that is well worth the $75 option price. Leave the keys locked in the truck at the boat ramp and when I exercise.

Toyota was number two on my list and I see your attraction. At time it was much more expensive option for option with their lack of offering rebates.

I am not sure what you are looking at, my seats fold up into the back wall and expose the under seat tool box.

Storage compartments, my apologies. I looked at the xlt ford and grade tundra.

Same where I'm originally from in Ohio. See more Fords than anything else. I was there visiting for a few weeks this past spring and I may have seen 2 Tundra's the whole time. Had people looking at mine like they didn't know what it was.

Southeast Toyota distributors does a good job pumping them out. We have about 2000 people where I work, got 25-30 tundras. About 10 of us take up a corner of the lot. I have never seen another long bed at work. I do see them on the road.

The mix is about even with all the brands.

When I looked in 2011 I could have sworn the crewmax seats folded down. Maybe they have now improved their design. That was one of the sticky points in my decision. What year is your crewmax?

I built a nice storage bin under my f150 rear seats for straps, first aid, jumpers, etc.

Ah, storage compartments. The wife's would find those. Not on my must have list when I was looking. Good cup holders now that was! Lol
