Its what Kioti specifies! Are you saying you know more about their Tractors than them?
Not at all, I guess the better wording for a bunch of nit-pickers would have been "Since that's what they specify, the geometry of your tractor coupled with it's capabilities and ratings and so on must be plenty to prevent overloading your front axle when working with your loader at capacity." But then again those same nit-pickers would have picked up on the point that I had previously said "I'm just saying that with a loader capacity over 2500# on my tractor, I'd have more than 1000# on the back if using the loader to capacity, especially if the front tires are flexing the sidewalls a lot (I think of that flex as a visible indicator of when to add more ballast to the 3 point since it directly translates into the pressures the axle and steering are under)."
