Have an old Ford 903 post hole digger and I suspect this ol gal is from the 60's or 70's. I bought it at a county auction back in the early 80s and have dug many a post hole with it since. I am assuming the augers (I have a 6 inch and 12 inch) are original to it. I dug it and the 12 inch auger out the other day to prepare it for digging some holes for a new pole barn and saw right quick that I need to replace the teeth/cutting blades. I've looked all over the internet and can't find the teeth in the configuration I need. Can anyone recommend a place to buy these.
I'm also having problems with the hydraulic lift on the Ford 2000 tractor acting very erratically but that's probably a subject for another post.
Hope I'm posting in the right place here, this is my first post. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Guys, thank you so much for the links. I googled everything I could imagine that might land me on these but never hit the sites y'all provided. Geeeze, they are rather pricey. Thing about it is that my point is almost worn slick too so may even need to replace it. If so, then it, plus the teeth could end up running around $200 incl postage. Not expecting to ever find these I stopped by Tractor Supply today and looked at a 12 inch auger complete for $149.00. It probably isn't the same good old USA steel as the original but would probably get me through the 14 holes I need to bore for the pole barn and probably the last holes I'll ever bore on the farm. I didn't bring the TS auger home with me but may go back after it. Thoughts?

Measure the holes on the cutting edge and see if you can purchase just the edge from TSC.

The original Danuser auger, unless the flights are extremely worn, is much heavier than the TSC auger. If you hit a rock or root, your auger won't rip apart. Besides, if you keep it in good shape, you can sell it easier.

Good thoughts TT. I think I will keep my original and forego a new auger point on it for now and just buy the cutting blades. My current blades are worn all the way down to the fan blade and one bolt wore down so far it was lost. I would think the serrated long lip would be the one to buy as I assume it extends out past the fan blade further and would give better cutting action? Wonder why it is nine bucks cheaper?

Wow, I feel lucky. When I bought my PHD w/ 12" auger for $100 the tip and cutting edges were worn. I went back to where it was purchased from originally. They had the tip and the cutting edges on the shelf. The cutting edges were something like $7 or $8 each and the tip was $15 or something like that. I know it was less than $35 for everything. That was probably in 2006 or 7. Been a good PHD even though I can't get the PTO shaft off the gear box. I need to work on that some more again one of these days.....
