I never messed with the governor, if I remember correctly, it is a spring type. I think you would need to change the spring to get higher RPM (I am sure it is set conservative by the factory and could be upped a bit). I never hit the governer until I moved the foot lever stop bolt to give a little more throttle, yours may already be set at that point.

Hmmm...foot stop lever bolt.....hmmm. But I would NEVER mess with that because it would void the warranty....."I know that, don't you think I know that?" ...Attorney Nathan Thurm, Saturday Night Live:laughing:

The side view picture with the guy waving, it looks to me that the front tires are bigger than the rear????? Just wondering...

Yeah they really do look a lot bigger. Don't suppose someone put them on bass ackwards do you?

It is an illusion, but the rear wheel was down in pressure so I topped them all off today and checked the lug tightness.

I really like to see this on the back, even though many foreign parts are used, they are assembled in my home state:

And what the heck are these two side by side sprockets with chain on them? All they do is wrap around the drive shaft coming from the front Dif:

That looks like the rear diff in the picture, if so, the double sprocket chain drives your front wheels in 4 wheel drive. The cable with the lever locks your rear diff so both rear wheels pull.

That's a "Double Chain Coupler" it allows for a little bit of difference in angle between two parts and is an easy way to mate different shaft types together.

It basically is two chains put together with extra long roller pins. As a Sportworks service center I have had them apart for repairs on other models of Sportworks units.
