JD 3032 E Price uotes

Got 2 quotes for JD 3032E with loader and cutter. Equipment is identical but the price is $2,300 different. Lowest quote was $16,995 with 305 loader and Frontier 60" cutter. Other quote is $19,297. Same exact equipment, both 2013 models. Now I expected some difference but WOW, $2,300 is substantial. Thoughts??

I had the same thing happen to me two weeks ago. One quote was mistaken when he put in it in under the john Deere 2520 which is being replaced by the new model. It was a $2000 difference. I ended up buying the 2520 at the lower price with no new E4 missions added to the tractor. I don't know if this maybe the same situation you have though.

Well, I called the low price dealer again and bought the tractor. I actually quizzed him on his pricing and found out why they are so much cheaper. I wont go into the details but suffice it to say it is in fact a 2013 3032E. I have his quote in hand and he is delivering the tractor Monday. I actually have both quotes in front of me and the Code for each item is identical. If it ends up being something else then he can take it home with him.

I was just looking at the quotes again and there is a slight difference in the cutter. Both are the Frontier RC2060 but the one I'm buying has the slip clutch option and the higher priced one is a shear bolt. Not sure if that's good or bad. Looks like a $143 up charge for the slip clutch. Regardless, I'm saving $2,400 and getting 0% financing.

The wagon is about 5 x 10. I bought it for $300. Got stopped by the Kansas Highway Patrol dragging it home for driving on the shoulder. Some young wipper snapper. I have all the paint and everything for it to make it JD Green, should look awesome when I'm done. Gonna do the wheels in green and yellow and the wagon mostly green with some yellow. The seat is actually an antique I believe, solid oak. This is how it looked when I picked it up.

Thanks Murph, lots of hours and more money than I wanted to spend but it turned out good. Now all I need is some hay bales and we will be set for Easter rides.
