makes hooking up the top link on the Pat's system look even better!
so when you do your worst case scenarios, there's a labor number. Hmmm. About the same as that fancy new adapter.
Not if you can weld...and I needed a good reason to start.
If you were to ask me (and I realize no one did) everyone that owns a tractor should also own and know how to use a welder. They are not that expensive, and it ain't that hard to learn.
well assume I did ask you Jim and yes I sure agree with you. It's why a nice new welder has been in my garage for a year. Bought it and then my arm went bad. Well that's fixed now, luckily not with a welder...![]()
Maybe we can weld up an exoskeleton for that bum arm![]()
You are disappointed with the quick hitch because the implements are not built to industry standard specifications?
Sounds backwards to me.

I would agree, except for the players. Land Pride and Kubota. Ok, no squawk at Land Pride, Kubota built apparently too skinny a ballast box and that's where
the hairy eyeball should be focused. But since they advertise their union, and have for at least three years I believe, I sure had expected more.
And boy would I have not spent more than twice as much on the quick hitch. Since the reality is each implement has to be tested and modified.
I'd be curious to compare the design of the Land Pride against the JD I-Match. Being delivered next Monday, will test it next week. When I'm done moving about fifteen shrubs, off comes the ballast box and on goes my 8 foot Land Pride mower. It had better slide into that same company device slicker than goose poop.
What have you been up to Jack???? Haven't heard much out of you for a while. Hope things are well over there. We sent the First Lady over to entertain you folks. You can keep her if you like....![]()
