Too bad they dont sell through a retail channel up here in Canada. If Locknlube reads this, it would be a great fit at Princess Auto, Napa or Canadian tire etc. It sure sound impressive but Id like to see it in person. Plus Canadian shipping is a bit of a PITA and raises the cost considerably.

Just use Amazon.com (not Amazon.ca) or eBay to order it.

How to Buy the LockNLube Grease Coupler, Canada

I'm in the same boat. I remember long ago having a conversation and saying "I would pay anything for a grease coupler that works". So when the $30 Lock 'N Lube came along it was my destiny to purchase one. :)

Yep, I'll admit that initially I too was one of those Nay-Sayers. Too much for too little opinions. But... you guys kept yapping about how wonderful the LnL was, so I just had to buy one and give it a try. I'll also admit that it was my full intention to send it back if it wasn't just about the most wonderful tool that I've ever bought.

Well - I did find it to be simply GREAT. In fact, it was so great that I had to go back and order one for my son and one for a friend! Put me down now as a believer and a very satisfied customer of LnL. They should (and probably will eventually) be standard equipment for all grease guns.

Another thought...make up a short extension, pipe or hose, and put a male on one end and a female on the other. Use it as a portable, extension.

VERY GOOD idea. You can use the old tip you took off the grease gun for the female end.

I am not a Snake Oil or paint rust aweigh type of guy. But this thing works and is worth the very high price tag. I think it will make my grease joint rejuvenator obsolete.

Just got off the phone with LocknLube...they are sending me a replacement. They stand behind it.

I went to grease this last time and tried to figure out the roughness of the coupler working, and found I couldn't even get it on the zerk. Plus the grease gun was working extremely hard. Took coupler off, checked grease gun, flow was easy, handle was easy to work, so something definitely went wrong internally with this coupler.

For those interested, I found the issue with the locknlube.

The handle hits the nut on the fleixble hose, and doesn't let it open completely. The nut on this hose, which I thought came with the Lincoln grease gun, is 5/8". I'm talking of the outside dimension. What nut size does everyone else have? I think I can spread the coupler handle just a tad. Have not done so yet, since I think I will buy a battery operated grease gun, and will see if I still have the issue with the new one.

The issue of it being so hard to operate the grease gun, was because of the locknlube coupler, attached to a zerk, attached to the old coupler, attached to the zerk on the implement. A lot of small orifices to squeeze the grease through. SO...the handy adapter is handy, but makes for it harder to work the grease gun.

New grease gun probably Dewalt since I have Dewalt tools and batteries with some other things...not because it is necessarily best. Opinions of Dewalt grease gun?

I don't know it is pretty small, not much bigger than the hose, if any. I use an inexpensive Lucas grease gun primarily but have a few other ones with no name on them. Lincoln makes so e really nice ones.
