In one of your videos you mention the DPF regen not being indicated on the dash...do you know any of the details of the regen cycle?
In my video, I got the regen cycle wrong. Sort of. How it was explained to me post video is the regen cycle happens automatically with no loss of power or activity but the engine must remain running. The operator can pass over the regen cycle up to three times, say they are at the end of the day and want to shut down. If the regen cycle is passed over three times, after the third time, the tractor will regenerate with a loss of performance. The operator can also manually start a regen process.
In other words, after each passover, the filter gets dirtier and dirtier, dropping performance a little bit when it does regenerate, but if left to automatically regenerate on its own, then the operator will not notice a drop in performance other than the engine requiring to stay running. mIn comparison to other strategies for cleaning the particulate filter, Kioti seems to have the best procedure of the machines I looked at.
