It says "2, 3500lb axles" and my mind just saw the comma and filled in the rest. Sigh.
Did you even read the OP's post?Seems like a very single purpose trailer. A tandem of sand\soil\gravel etc... is only $200~300 delivered and most of that is the cost of the product.
It would be used for dump runs and to haul anything horse related... hay, shaving etc.

OP - did you find out about brakes yet?
/edit - I've found many ads mentioning brakes, but then they only have them on one axle.
