Mowing (Zappator) V belt double drive pulley broken on Kioti CK20S HST

I own a Kioti CK20s HST, i bought it second hand in Cheshire, i've had a few problems with it such as hydraulic oil leaks, but that was an easy problem to fix, have also sharpened the blades myself, however now when i mow the paddocks, the middle blade will not move, i have taken the deck out and disconnected it from the tractor, and have found out what the problem is. The V belt double drive pulley is broken, the thread has worn out, and the nut has slightly bent too, i've managed to take it off with a 41mm ratchet, however i dont know if i should just re-thread the bolt or get a new double groove pulley. IT may be something to do with the spindle assembly too?

Does the shaft rotate freely in the bearing?

There are three blades on the zappator deck which are all connected via V belts and pulleys, the two outer blades will cut perfectly but the middle one wont as it has come loose from the plate, but the thread on the bolt has worn off so it cannot be tightened, but the actual plate itself does spin in sync with the outer blades. The part i need is a double groove drive pulley which connects the drive shaft to the movement of the bades

Have you been to the companies web page (zappator) yet. I do not have this style of deck for my CK20 so I can not be of much help.. sorry
