How much rust can under-body spray stop?

The first 3 places a truck rusts is in front of the front tire or behind the front tire (depending on model), over rear wheels and cab corners. To deal with the fender wells the liners would have to be removed. To deal with the cab corners the interior would have to be peeled back at the rear cab corners and body plugs removed to access the corners or holes drilled (depending on model).

Not knowing of Krown's history, not sure they have been around long enough for testimony about these issues on a treated truck??

Krown has been in business since 1986 most of that time in Canada.Not sure when they opened Krown dealers in the USA.

Excellent. Then there should be some customers driving around with 20 year old trucks that were treated. Wish we could find one and have him give his declaration and attach pics.

Cab corners are not sealed, they shoot in from the drip hole in the corner underneath. The holes are in the top of the fender which can be accessed from inside the engine bay. Pulling the rear tail lights gives full access to inside the box. Doors and rockers are drilled out.
To spray inside the front fenders you simply open the door and slip the wand inside the front fender.
Pretty obvious you have never rust proofed a vehicle before, maybe you should.

I'm in the same boat, I was about to go with Ziebart too for $700. I've waited as it's a lot of money to spend of something that "may" work.
The truck is almost new so I need to do something soon. I was under the impression Ziebart guarantee's their work and provides free touch ups annually.

I'm in northern Ontario where they go crazy with salt on the highways, plus that liquid stuff that is even worse. I have a 1995 Ford Explorer with 500,000 KM's that I spray with Krown. I had to change the muffler, because the heat burns it off, but the shop was amazed the bolts came right out. I've never had to repair electrical or sensors, hinges or body work. I swear by it.
That's what the use on all the highway dept. plow trucks here too.

I don't have pics of the Ex on my laptop and I'm not at home, but here is my truck that has been hauling salt since new in 2013. I spray all the aluminum with Krown to keep it shiny over the winter and all the pigtails on the lights.
Look what the salt did to the black hydraulic oil tank over the winter.

just make sure the weep holes are open after treating so they don't hold salty water.
