Why not? Pickups are made to haul. I feel fine with mine. No worry at all.
With a loading job like that, I'd not be shocked if the "tie-downs" were nothing more than the winch cable fed through the rear sliding window and wrapped around the rear view mirror on the windshield.
Look at the pic, that is not winch cable.
Hard to get enough tongue weight on a tilt trailer. If it were too heavy empty it would not stay tilted so you could load it. Went through this 15 years ago trying to haul two ATV's on a tilt trailer. If you need a dual axle trailer get one. I haul my Ranger on a 6.5x12 trailer. Sold my 22' equipment hauler because I hadn't used it in two years.
