OK, now that Roy is asleep I can let the cat out of the bag. :laughing: It was a gray tree frog like this:

We have all kinds of tree frogs around here ... mostly outside ...

They do make quite a racket.

Made some decent progress on getting the guard for the engine and hydraulic pump fabbed up and welded, considering how little time I was up there:

Need the torches at this point so I can bend the solid round into place and finish welding it up.

Best news of the day: pipe bung I welded into the hydraulic tank doesn't leak :thumbsup:

Good morning from Brussels. 55° and clear going to 68°.

We'll be on plane in a couple of hours headed for Washington DC to spend a bit of time with son and granddaughter.

This airport seems huge!!!

64 and very muggy this morning. Supposed to get some rain and hit around the mid-70's as a high today.

The rain has been very considerate and got it over with in the night, so everywhere is starting to nicely dry up again. I made an old fashioned paper list yesterday of the jobs I still want/need to do in the dry before the weather really turns. Some will take hours and others days, but at least I felt good at working out a sensible order to do them in. This morning, as I've sat down with my cup of tea, I see my wife has been adding to it

Don, It only sounds fair for froggy to move in with you if the tree you felled was his home. At least your wife may resist the temptation to turn that one into a handsome prince.

When I woke up this morning a strange sound was heard. At first I thought the heat pump was broken then refrigerator oh my rain blessed rain hopefully for most of the day. 65 now high of 80 later and catch up on paper work
