Finally got everything home! Only thing missing in the pic is the huge box blade.

Love the new set up.

**** that's a lot of weight to make a F450 squat like that.

Air bag time.

Might just be the picture angle, but the trailer axles seem very rear-set.

Haven't looked at new trailers in a long time; that may be the default now just to avoid loading (vs tongue-weight) errors.

I hope it's just the angle. There is a lot of leverage on that rear axle if not.

I fully believe that truck is more than adequate for that load though and hope Ford didn't change the progressive loading on their leaf springs.

how's it pull? seems like a lot of pin weight? is that an air compressor on the GN?

Pulls great. Might try backing the shredder on first next time. In the picture it looks worse than I remember it being. Yes, I added a gas air compressor. 29 cfm at 150 or 175. Big air to run impacts and jacks for repairs

I've gone the airbag route and don't want to mess with them again. I'll try swapping it around but it road fine on the overloads

It's just about standard spacing for a 35+5' trailer. I wouldn't complain if they were a hair closer though

That's really cool.

Thanks bud. We're loving it so far

Are they just using the front wheel drive of a 4x4 for this?....Looks like it

My trailer I built from an old house trailer frame.

Yep could be, here is a slightly different angle from the other picture in Photobucket:

The spring and equalizer is visible for the tandem axles. The first axle still could be powered, but I don't think there is clearance for the differential.
