Most tractors come with the option of a valve to add a FEL or other hydraulic implement so it generally a simple thing of utilizing the valve. Generally, all the valve does is send the oil to the addition/s first, then back again to the original circuit. The screw valve directs the oil to the FEL and hoe circuit. You have removed hoe I expect so isolating it will just send flow to 3pt using the selector valve. The selector valve for the hoe/3pt is another thing, that's why it's accessible with the lever to change over when you swap from hoe to 3pt, when using hoe, flow is directed to tank, when selector valve is changed it goes thru 3pt valve.
