Guess we all did stupid things when young that come back to haunt U later.
My lower back reminds me of a bad spill* I took as a teen when I was practicing barefoot water skiing, yes you heard that correctly.
With the tow boat holding about 30 MPH we'd step off of the skis and actually go barefoot.
Got so that I could even cross the boat wake and stay up for a fair while.
*as I recall I "tripped' and somehow my feet touched the back of my head which left my lower end totally numb to the point that I could only crawl out of the water.
I seem to recall that probably only the fact that it was quite cold (early spring that swelling was minimal and the cold deadened pain.
Then my right shoulder reminds me of the many years of toting a heavy briefcase when making calls as a sales rep. (Those catalogues were sure heavy)
Yeah, and I lifted/pulled/pushed too many heavy PBX's up stairs back when PBX's weighed a half ton (literally) and I was a young pup. Those old injuries are starting to add up. I didn't play sports or do dumb things, but the old work injuries are taking their toll.
Eight years of hard core soccer and wrestling followed by 40 years of construction... I feel your pain. No pun intended... I'm going soon for the knee shots, I am praying they work.

I wish you the best of luck with it. My old knees are "holding in there". Hopefully I can be quite a bit older before needing any work done on them.
The rooster stuff? . . . they are working for my situation Stepp . . .

It's the typical, " I'll never get old and beat up", and yet... here I am. 61 and I love life, but the knee pain is brutal. Thanks for the kind words.
