What I like about Alexa and Google Home is you can instantly hear old songs that come to mind. Ah, memories.

This is the access road to the backyard of my house that runs alongside my shop. The aluminum gate is for delineation purposes only and not security. ( My daughter’s tree house in background)



Sometimes you have to get innovative for the latching mechanism.

Thanks, goeduck . My daughter hasn’t been in it for years. I figured I might have to live in it someday if she can’t afford to put me in an old folk’s home.

I may have mentioned this earlier. If so, forgive me.

I don't think there is dirt where Terry lives. It's the only explanation I can offer for the tidiness of his property and shop.

In other news I had a stress test (treadmill) scheduled with my cardiologist today. Part of an annual checkup.




I did okay, but didn’t last as long as I would have liked to. The darn tech kept raising the incline and increasing the speed every three minutes.









The good news is I didn’t croak or perhaps even better news is I didn’t collapse and embarrass myself and WISH I HAD

Anyhow apparently I did 22% better than the “average” for my age so I’m not gonna cry about it. Might even buy a donut later.

I kinda liked this poster in their waiting area....

Curious why you had this test? I've never had one. I think the Doctor would need a reason to prescribe it and get it paid for on my health coverage.

Was it a procedure that's simply done because of a point in your life or was there a concern?
