Unsolved. I saw that described in the off-topic section of ChevyBolt forum then followed a couple of links that said it was seen in Florida with NY plates. That's all I know.
California , do you believe the device outlined in the image will extend vehicle range ?

Again...LoL...This experience has nothing to do with noise...what is it you do not understand about that?

...Also there are so many different frequencies bombarding us there is no way in Hades you could test for them all...besides AM radios would not work and the FM bands just barely in the space referenced...

so you can take your rinky dink dick tracy gadgets and put them where the sun don't shine...

What are you saying ? people feel RF or they feel/hear noise ?

The heck it is not.

The driveline is exactly the same as a BMW i3 REx but for gasoline engine and a supplemental battery.

Show me the battery in a diesel electric locomotive . The battery is what defines hybrid .

Hybrid vehicle
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A hybrid vehicle uses two or more distinct types of power, such as internal combustion engine to drive an electric generator that powers an electric motor, e.g. in diesel-electric trains using diesel engines to drive an electric generator that powers an electric motor, and submarines that use diesels when surfaced and batteries when submerged. Other means to store energy include pressurized fluid in hydraulic hybrids.

The basic principle with hybrid vehicles is that the different motors work better at different speeds; the electric motor is more efficient at producing torque, or turning power, and the combustion engine is better for maintaining high speed (better than typical electric motor). Switching from one to the other at the proper time while speeding up yields a win-win in terms of energy efficiency, as such that translates into greater fuel efficiency, for example.

For reason's not of my choosing, i've been in for a few x-rays and they do sound pretty dead.

Not to dispute your assertion as to the lack of rf, but i don't recall anybody saying how dead it sounded in an enclosure/room for MRI. I've only been peripherally involved in a construction of a couple of them, but i do recall they are pretty shielded for rf. Also never been in one as a patient.
