Save your money until you have CASH, and then you will save a bundle more in interest, that you won't have to pay!! PLUS, I always get a better deal with cash, so I save even more money!

I would think in all fairness Kioti should honor website offer,I do understand dealer position tho.
Kinda look at this way...roast tag price shows $12 than cashier tells you $19 price went up yesterday and we haven't replace the the tags yet,by law least in NH store has to sell roast for $12....this I know from first hand.

Here in British Columbia, if the cashier at a major chain rings it up at a higher price than marked on the shelf, you get it free, up to $10.00. Shop early in the morning and pay attention to the prices and you'd be surprised at how often you can get ti free.

All the fantastic dealer has to do is drop the price by $750 and you're both good. OR, meet in the middle at $375, and you pay a whopping $6/month more and start using the tractor tomorrow.

I see it that way also.
Any way you can scare up enough to cover the extra and just take the 72 month free money deal.

When you take the 0 percent you lose the rebates. The rebate is $5300 I believe on this tractor. I am not a fan of forgoing a rebate in lieu of lower financing because if you do that you automatically pay more for the tractor. If you finance and payoff early you don't pay all the interest. I see people say save until you have the cash. I could do that now but I don't like blowing $43000 holes in my bank account. If some type of emergency would happen I much rather have access to that cash then sell a tractor at a firesale price and take a beating on it and not have the cash I may need in the end anyway.

I'm not looking to get into a legal battle with Kioti either, not an ambulance chaser. I just feel it's the right thing to do and the customer service oriented thing to do as well. That 4.3% is still above prime rate so they wouldn't be supplementing the cost of funds. It makes a customer happy when a company steps up to the plate and goes much further than any BS advertising could. Wasn't like I was asking for something that wasn't advertised on their website and was literally offered days prior and still showing when I went to close the deal. I know they have legal loopholes such as may change at anytime and so forth. I just believe it in the old adage if you piss a customer off they'll tell 20 people, make 1 happy and they might tell 1 other. Thanks for everyone's input. Stay safe.

Shopping for a new subcompact. So far, I've been able to build and get an MSRP on the websites of Mahindra, Kubota and Deere. I believe they're all offering zero financing at this time.
Kioti doesn't appear to have a readily found online place to build or price a machine or anywhere to find pricing without contacting a dealer. Other brands build sites are easily found from the home page. So with no baseline price to shop from they're out of the running with me. I like to have a figure to compare how much, if any a dealer will move off of sticker without an internet goose chase.
As far as the OP, if you feel you're being wronged, move on.

That's different, he did not get the % from the dealer, but from a website, also in the disclaimer it said, amongst other things, "Participating dealers" how do we know that dealer was one of them? I think the OP is pi**d because things did not go the way he wanted and is not looking at the whole thing reasonably.

The dealer is a participating dealer. The original printed out quotes were 4.3% as that matched the rate on Kioti's website, this was the last week in April. I just started looking at tractors and didn't have my mind made up. On May 5th I made my mind up. Went on Kioti's website to verify rebates and rates hadn't changed. They showed the exact same rate of 4.3% good until June of this year. Had the dealer do the quote with exactly what I wanted and he emailed it to me. I noticed the payment and rate was different than what I got when I used Kioti's website to calculate the payment. He said Kioti changed the rate. I was literally on the website and so was he and he noticed Kioti also showed the 4.3 good until June.

Again, from a customer service standpoint you should honor what you put out there.

Let's put it this way. You go to buy a car and make a deal on price and the finance guy sets up the loan for you. Before you go in you check the car manufacturers website and the rate still shows 2% interest as you were quoted. You go in to close the loan and buy the car and the rate is now 3% although the car manufacturer is still showing 2% good for 2 more months. You're just gonna say oh well and sign? I know they have the right to change the interest rate at any time. **** they can legally change the rate daily if they want, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do or customer service oriented.
