Rear wheels binding

Video comes through for me. Is that noise out at the wheel area or more toward the transmission?

Ring & pinion or a spider gear is missing a tooth is my guess...

Sounds like more towards the center of the tractor.

I have been out of the Tractor business for many years now. I would try hoyetractor.com or Leanord sheaffer at Shaffer town and country tractors in Ill.
We repaired 5 or 6 ring & pinion F- FX models back in the day, and they all did the same thing as your video.
One day I was delivering a Mahindra tractor out in the boonies when I spotted a Yanmar FX24-D in the overgrown blackberry bushes behind a barn.
I bought it for $800.00 and it did the same thing as yours, the clunking sound when you drive it, It became a parts tractor for us.
I wish you were closer I could help you wrench it, however I haven't wrenched a yanmar since 2012, and we sold everything that was Yanmar to Hoye tractor.
You can pull the upper rear housing off the tractor real easily and look down in the gears and see what the damage is, have a bright flashlight on hand, and drain the hyd fluid also.
If you repair it, be sure to run a magnet all thru the bottom or look real good for broken gear teeth.

From what I can find that R&P gear only fits the FX265 and the FX30. Unfortunately neither are super common and I have not parted out either one.

FX30 ? Now there's one I never saw.
The 265 is a nice size Yanmar, lots more room for the legs and seat.

... unloaded from the trailer. I bumped the drive while the front was chained and spun the wheels backwards a bit.
Now when I move the back wheels feel like they are binding

Ernie, does that sound like enough stress to tear teeth out of the R&P?

Is this a common problem for the FX generation?

I wonder if Fireman was sold a tractor that had broken teeth glued back temporarily with JB Weld or something. I don't see how a trailer deck could give enough traction to destroy that.
