Victory told me they are out of stock until November. I got a Bestco. Haven't used it yet since my tractor is down. Seems well built can't wait to use it.

What happened to the tractor? I was hoping you were enjoying the new mower by now and getting all the bugs worked out.

Tractor PTO CLUTCH failed and caused some issues. It's split right now but there is a PTO part that is NLA and I may have to wait until they find a new supplier.

Not cool man! Sorry for the misfortune! What tractor do you have? Maybe there is a way to find something that will work. So many manufacturers will use the same supplier for parts. Sometimes one manufacturer will quit carrying a part but another still uses them. I have used several Kubota parts for my Kioti.

How do you like it so far? What size did you get?

Most of the higher end versions have a cvt at the mower end due to the extreme angles it goes to. Pto shafts with cvt's are expensive so I figured the cheap models didn't have one.

I bought the 65. So far I love it! Ditches and fence rows look much better now. And I like being able to get under the trees. Still working on getting some kind of remote with float for the mower head control. I'm sure I'll like it even more then. Oh, and Bestco did a lot of the mower assembly and greasing before sending it. A lot less time to assemble than I had thought.

Ford 1920, only one I know that transfers is the Ford 1510 so it's the same supplier. Even the Ford 2020 uses a different shaft and European models used different shaft. For once in my life I'll be happy when I get the shaft.

Do you have all the pieces? I would be tempted to take it to a machine shop and see if they could make you one. Probably will be cheaper and a better part.

Looks like the Betstco model I was looking at it back in stock. Really thinking about pulling the trigger on it. Still trying to justify the cost to usage, i think my main customer will be moving so it may not get as much paying work.

Also kinda worried about how well my current tractor will be able to handle it when offset, I'm a little light with a B2620. Looking at the standard 48".

Glad to hear they have got them back in stock. Yes it might get a little sketchy when raised and offset. Might have to add some weight to help steady the B2620.

Hows the mower holding up? I recently upgraded to a used Kubota L3240, and since I need to get a larger mower anyways I figured I'd revisit the bank mowers.

I'm thinking the L should be able to handle the 64" weigjt wise, but am I going to be hating life with only 25hp at the PTO?

I don't usually cut heavy tall grass, but I do occasionally clear some underbrush in wooded areas.

Right now its looking between the titan and the Betstco, Victory has been showing out of stock for a while now and I still can't get over that color scheme!

How does your tractor handle the 65"? You have a couple more HP at the pto then I do but I'm not cutting fields with high/thick grass either so I might be ok.
