Battery powered Fronius. Amazing! I laughed at the term battery powered welder. Not anymore. I guess Fronius is supposed to be about the best on the market.

Went and looked on their website. Not inexpensive, by a long shot from what I see..

I think it runs about 3 grand. Around 20 1/8" 7018 rods on a charge. That's about all I know. I burned a couple of rods on it.

Nice for power plant work. Would be good for farm work as well.

What voltage is that corded version?

Cordless don't come cheap. When I bought my Lincoln Ranger 8 gas driven, it was about 3 grand. Added a high freq box, that was another grand. I can run every process but MIG with it. Nice compact machine though. Inverters have really reduced the footprint, weight and portability.
