You check each bolt on your tractor before every use?
Yes, part of my pre-use check when looking at oil, fuel, water. I checked torque on all of them and torque marked, takes minutes to check.

Yeah, right. Who are you trying to fool. There are hundreds of bolts on a tractor and some you can't get to without taking stuff off. You work for a Kioti dealer and trying to bs people. I was a mechanic when you were still wetting your panties. KIOTI DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

Nope, but I torque them about twice a year, because while these bolts should be torqued down during pre-delivery inspection, that's not always done. None of mine have been lose, but it happens.

Kioti didn't **** you @Redlined0002, your dealer did, and from what I've heard you're not the first. I wouldn't buy from LSE, period; they're a great resource on YouTube, but a quick search here will bring up a few warranty cases that all come down to poor dealer practices.

@BaznastyDave just had issue with them over improper valve stems on filled tires.

Oh, and @Oakfield1862 had a fun experience with their sales team.

On Mahindra tractors, there is a placard on the frame to check torque on the several bolts holding the loader to the frame. They are witnessed marked from assembly. This is to mitigate the problem you described.
Does Kioti have this notification?
With us, it does not mean we would not cover such a circumstance should it happen within the warrantee period.
It just lessens the possibility of it happening if the purchaser is made aware as well.

I was tagged in this thread so I will chime in.

I bought mine from LSE and have mixed feelings about them as a dealer. I choose them since they were the cheapest being they are in TN and I live in NC. No sales tax.

I had the lower bolts on the rear casing/bellhousing completely drop out while using the backhoe with about 10hrs on it. After some hoe work I pulled forward and noticed 2 large bolts on the ground. Turns out they were either cross threaded, not tight, or had no lock-tite on them. Pulled the threads out of the housing. LSE came and picked the tractor up and replaced the whole tractor. Gave me a new tractor and just swapped my tires out. No cost to me, overall great customer service.

The early years of the CX2510 had safety box issues and I had two boxes replaced under warranty in the 1st year at a local dealership. No issues since, and no hassle from the local dealer.

3 years after I bought it, I had BOTH valve stems blow out due to them not being compatible with RIM GUARD tire ballast. LSE does not agree that the stems were the problem. They did offer to refill them so...... Mixed review on that issue. Overall I would buy from LSE again.

Here is the video that explains the valve stem issue.

It was at Larry Stokes that denied the warranty on my 2022 Kioti Ck2610h. Loader bracket broke the bellhousing. They said that the bolts were loose and that's what broke the bellhousing. BUT, the loafer was installed by Kioti. Evidently, Kioti didn't torque the bolts or put locktight on them. Tractor sat there a month and a half then they told me this. They said it is the owners responsibility to check all the bolts and torque before using each time. I own and sell used tractors and never have had this problem with Kubota, John Deere or New Holland. KIOTI DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!

No, Kioti did for not using Locktite on the bolts!!! Never had a problem with Kubota, John Deere or New Holland!!! I have owned them all and worked on many of them.
Dude. Over 200 hours and you didn't do maintenance that should have happened at least 8 times? It's on you, buddy. You assumed. They literally told you to do the maintenance. You thought you were smarter...or you're too lazy to take care of things until they break. Take the L and stop looking for someone to blame other than the guy in the mirror.

I'm heading to Nashville this weekend. I may need to stop by and get some filters from Larry. His videos were definitely helpful in choosing my equipment.

Perhaps you should have read your owners manual; sit on it and spin.
