Out working this am. All photos taken live.
I slightly moved the holes that locked the blade at an angle. They allows the plow to strike the tracksWhat did you do to revamp it?
I'm going to purchase some 2" square tubing in the spring and build it right. No structural reinforcement? Still have the potential for snow buildup between the frame and the ATV? How will it not bend again?
I hope you take pics and share with the manufacturer so they can fix the flawed design of their mount.I'm going to purchase some 2" square tubing in the spring and build it right.
Its in the shop now and parts are on order. Will get its spring engine oil change and this repaired for $400 something. When I used to ride big 4 wheelers in the mud, it seemed like CV axles were consumable parts. At that time there were several aftermarket axle manufacturers that made a better axle for less than the stock unit. Seems like Rhino axles was a brand that was popular. You *may be able to get grease back in that and the boot back on. But you might think about getting you a spare to have on hand. They are easy, if time consuming, to replace.
Yes, some plastic parts above the exhaust got real warm the last day of grooming. Was towing real hard while going 8 mph.Melted ?
