Without the indent you can control the blade by just holding it until the blade or attachment is where you want it in either direction and stays where you want it when you let go. With the indent it works best for the splitter for constant flow.

I have a double acting rear remote for my snow blade that self centers and a remote with indent that I use for my log splitter. The one with indent you have the flow one way with it forward and the other when backward handy if you hook the hoses up wrong :o)

That's the reason for brakes and an emergency brake to keep it from rolling. Only with HST there's no need to take it out of gear or put it in neutral or shut it off when you stop.

The fuse link would not be in the panel but in one of the wires . Near the engine. I repaced one with a fuse rather than the wire. It took me a while to find it and it was a no. of yrs ago so i forget the details. Hopefully some one here can point you in the right direction.

I've been using a utility cyliner with 1.25 rod and 8" stroke for 20 yrs. No problems and I've hooked the corner of the blade many times.

For grading it's difficult with a 3 point hitch blade if that's what you have in mind. Back blading with a full bucket to get fairly level then going over it in float at a moderate speed with a full bucket. The angle of the bucket will determine the end result.

Does it have a fuse link in the system ? That would result in no clicking.

Check the relays , the shut off solenoid won't stop it from turning over it just won't start. The only thing i can think of that will stop it while running is no fuel ( fuel solenoid )

None of the theory's so far explain why ( 0p said ) hydraulics worked normal. With that much air they'd be awfully jerky.

You must be right Jim, it's just some thing I assumed since it's not be uncommon to may tractors.

I've had 3 tractors and when the bucket is sitting on the ground with the front edge up a bit they all did exactly the same thing when you stepped on it . There is no resistance because the controls are in neutral and the fluid is able to flow with no resistance.

I've used a 10' piece of stove pipe with an elbow under the oil pan with a tiger torch at the other end when there was elec. where my backhoe was parked. @ -30 may take 1/2 hr. or more depending on wind.

When it's -20 or colder if you use some kind of elec. heater next to your injection pump for a 1/2 hr. or so , or heat gun it will start much easier. Far better than burning out your starter. Where you with those temps. install a block or circulating heater.

What's happening in the vidio is normal judt cheked mine it does the same thing. Start the tactor lift the loader let it drop a bit and lift again. Observe the loader posts on each side while doing this. See if one side moves. The metal may be tore on one side and hard to see. I had this happen...

I've towed a 8,500 lb. trailer all over BC since 1988 and across Canada and back with out ever a moments trouble in a extended cab 2500 GM. I now have a 2015 3500 with a 6 lt because of the power and reliability I haven't felt the need for a larger engine.

I have stalled my backhoe as well as my tractor going into a pile but it has never been from lifting the loader at the same time. It's from trying to move the whole pile when the bucket isn't tipped and raise in time. At least that's been my observation and experience.

I think when a front hub seal goes there's possibly a bearing failure . Lift the weight of the tractor off the ground take hold of the wheel and see if there's any play when you take hold of the tire and try to move it in and out from the hub. Pour instructions but maybe you get the drift.

I agree Mercer my fluids were down a bit as well. I used gear oil for many yrs. and replaced a few seals and bearings. Since using trans hydraulic in the front dif for 6 or 7 yrs never had a problem.

I onced recieved a filler from napa for my dump truck that didn't fit. No. was right took it back and discovered the wrong filter was in the box. Same size with dif size threads.

If you can clean the flex seal off try melting it together with a soldering iron.

For anyone who lives in a hilly area this may make it easier to use your E brake and mot wear the teeth out. And much easier to apply.

Had a CK27 for 6 yrs and over 3000 hrs . I use the parkbreak multipul times every day ,living on a mt side. Never a mins. problem and no sign of premature wear. Maybe I used it like Jim r suggests.

Run a choke cable or simular from it to your dash and skip the wiring

Hold the shutoff solenoid open with a piece of wire and see if it starts

Actually they never recomended it to me they just did it. I was also told on this model kioti increased the trans pressures which is really helpful for hilly conditions.

Mine ( 2610 )will climb any hill your willing to climb in M gear. I plowed snow all morning in m gear . I live on a mt side and plowed going up as well as down.

A restrictor to slow the boom from dropping fast ìs as far as I know from my experience is just a washer in the fitting where the hose connects to the cylinder. It often gets lost when a hose is replaced. The washer has a small hole to restrict the flow.

I've been mowing over 10 acres of brush with a woodmax now for 2 yrs. and it's still going strong no loose bolts. Not as good of a machine as the Howard I used for 18 yrs. but so far does the job and I do check the bolts. Tall thick brush will cause problems you have to mow it down in 2 passes...

Sounds like 1 side is getting air in it and once you push it out they synchronize again. I repaired a slide on a friends motor home once where this was the case , had to replace the lagging cylinder which showed no signs of leaking .

Lots of banging & smoke yesterday when i started my tractor at - 27 C lasted 15 or 20 sec then just rattled while I let it warm up . Hydraulics at that temp are slow to warm up so took it easy for a while then plowed snow for 4 hrs. Motor never missed a beat.

I disconnected every ssensor on my 2021 2610 except the PTO because their nothing but a pain. The nuetral switch took the most time because i had to remove the lever on it and anchor it so it was in neutral position all the time. The others i just unplug from the switch and plug them together.

Installed a lighter socket for LED flood light on a toggle switch ( you can see the wires hanging there ) now I'm using it for my 16 oz. elec. Coffee cup . Now the plan is to install another socket so I can use both the cup & lights at night.

All I've done is add fuel and change oil runs like a champ. No special oil but add stanadine to the fuel ( preformance formula)

Have 1700 hrs on my 2610 rattles and bangs on start up for a while. Noisy but love the tractor many improvements over the ck27 i put 6000 hrs on. It's been cold here latey so i cycle the preheat twice. Small puff of black smoke then clears right up.

Very few hrs. when I replaced this piston the dealer gave me a new one which didn't last long that's when I inspected the inside of the tube and realized the weld inside the tube was causing the problem.

It will be on your injection pump Phil. Maybe do a search for a shut of solenoid for that engine just to see what it looks like.

I've had a few apart not as bad as it appears to work on. I don't think there's need to remove the front dif.

This may help on my last tractor when it started to creep it had 3,000 hrs. on it and everything was loose with lots of play so I made new parts. On the Kioti I made all the adjustments out lined here but it still creeps when cold only.

Used the distance from the seat of my backhoe and previous tractor to determine the height of the rops . The one that came on the tractor was ridiculous so high it would hit the over hang on the house if I got to close.

I ran mine out the back .

Maybe a pic. as i'm having difficulty understanding some of the explanations here. With air being contained within the tire the greater the pressure the less distance between the molecules reducing the amount they freely compress. Like in the pic. where the cold molecules are much closer together.

Cold1313 if your new tank doesn't have a breather you can probably buy one where the tank was purchased. The tank has to be able to take air in when your pumping fuel out. I'm not recommending any body else uses what I've don I just happened to have that particular valve at home at the time.

This would be a good sign your system is working there's another dry well but it's behind the trees. The top of the tank is about 3' below surface and the dry wells 4' to the top then the extensions. This is a good time of year if you have snow to determine where your tank is if you don't know.
