Usually both arms are linked near bucket and that should keep bucket "level" I would suggest a picture of FEL .... It very well could be the arms and crossmember are wracked (bent) out of shape so they are no longer even, seriously doubt it is a hydraulic problem and more of bent...

Up on further looking I believe you are correct, soft line seems to terminate somewhere under tank where there is no access to it unless one remove all the hardware on back of tractor(seat, body, ROPs, tank)..... You couls probably adapt this schematic to work to get your tractor going.... Yes it was original done for a VW sand rail, but its pretty generic for basic electrical if you can adapt... IF you tractor is a diesel skip the part about distributor and coil.... And you might get better...

I put a couple of plastic pipes (4) in my ballast weight when I cast it.... Now working on a tool holder that consists of old steel pan/wagon body and a rack arrangement that will mount on QH when ballast box is not in place... Most manufactures racks seem way to big and takes up to much space...

Never hurts to fill un connected QC with plugged "mate" (male) to plug port to keep it clean... Dale

Actually has to be plumbed the way it is in red block as with back hoe removed the PB port of chute control has to return to tank.... With back hoe in place you have to open a port on chute valve to create a new PB path to hoe, ie: chute valve body in detent to create flow through path to P port...

YOU might be able to get a hole saw, and drill/cut new hole off to side if there is room, one with slight better position to get sockets onto nuts.... Dale

As suggested above make access hole bigger so socket fits bolt head nicely.... Also suggest if you don't have big air tools you may consider getting a torque multiplier... Blade bolt are traditionally really high torque specification (maybe 400-600 ft-lbs) and with age and rust it is going to...

Really sounds like implement and QH are in a bind situation and not aligned properly to release or re-engage.... Probably need to float implement on ground or up on wood blocks and check to see if hooks/lathes are disengaged and if so use big hammer or pry bar to assist release.... Dale

You problem is ball is to fat not that QH is to narrow.... Grind ball to fit.... My QH (different brand than yours) is also 1.5 inches, and ball ends on my MF lift arms fit exactly as they should... Dale

Go to hardware store or commercial plumbing supplier or even farm store and look for pipe dope that is similar and read label, if its oil resistant and for use for high pressure plumbing it should be good.... Buy by specification on label on back of can or tube not necessarily by brand name...

Short nipple and a elbow, or a "street 90° elbow" and just enough vertical riser (6 inch?) to get filter assembly above tank lever.... Don't make this so complicated.... ITs just plumbing and location... Dale

You can use PTFE (teflon tape) sealant or a high pressure, oil certified "pipe dope" to assist in tightening threaded connections.... Most sealant are miss labeled as a sealer when the are really a thread lubricate which allows more torque to be applied, there for meshing threads tighter...

A filter is a filter its physical orientation probably has no effect on how it operates other than it needs to be between control valve and tank... Use what ever plumbing that is appropriate to locate it in safe area (above top of tank level) ... I would bet a couple of nipples and a 90° elbow...

Implements are probably "approximately " CAT X size (using old skool measurements) not the most recent defined standard..., Ands I agree not do not damage or change hitch but to FIX offending implement to within latest "standard"...

I use stay/check chains on ballast when working with any needed rear ballast, it save leak down and inadvertently lowering ballast and dragging it around.... Always lower FEL to ground if going to be off tractor more than a minute or two... Then there is the caution to put a support under FEL...

Recovery hydraulic (power steering) winches are the most expensive winch option out there.... I explored that when wanting a recovery winch for my Jeep.... For small operation's (mini ranch), the capstan either independent (self) power or tractor hydraulics (PB) seem most practical and cost...

Not sure why you would be working under the FEL.... I don't trust the hydraulics no matter how good they are.... Wrap chain around base of bush, THEN bring tractor in close THEN attach chain to FEL (with FEL on ground) then lift..... Have hooks on FEL bucket for just that purpose.... IF...

A Quick Hitch (quick attach) is a "standard"..., A PAT'S is not (BUT not a negative), tractor type not relevant but category of 3PH is (0,1,2,3)... ... What implement's that will work a "Quick Hitch" is a crap shoot as there is so many pre QH implement designs out there and many manufactures...

This is what works for me on my GC 1715.. If course if you have BH it wont work... A lot will depend on what you want to carry.... For me, a couple of spare lynch pins, a spare shackle tor two, some "mechanics wire" a couple of rags and a pair of fencing pliers and a adjustable end wrench...

This was my creation... 2x2x1 ft... Four 2 inch ABS tubes for tool holders (spray can caps to keep crud out of tubes), and weighing in somewhere around 500 (plus) pounds .. Tractor is a SCUT weighing at about 1400 pound's... Made it QH compatible.... And I [normally] use "check chains" to keep...

Think there is a lot more to this .... All so close but yet so far.... On my DL 95 loader on 2017 GC 1715... Probably is ISO 5675, which is "0.56 in" ( 1/4 inch) by direct measurement... ON female body it states its a Safeway S45-2 which is 1/4 inch...

Found almost same issues with MIG.... Cheater lenses in hood and tilt head over to side to actually see what arc/puddle was doing... So may try to weld with MIG gun or arc rod holder blocking vision... And AMBIENT lighting... Dale

Was watching welding a video and caught a glance (long enough to realize what it was) at mig gun the has "trigger guard".... Since I always seem to lay gun down in a way the trigger get depressed and I waste wire (to lazy to drag it back on spool), anybody have a home grown or purchases...

Several things not necessarily related to "new" helmet, though a AD helmet is really good for us oldsters... Try with magnifying lenses in helmet, I find 2 diopter cheater lens really help. Flood a lot of ambient light on area to weld, actually putting headlight on helmet helps.... Clean weld...

My choice was to go with Quick Hitch..... To me the QH was a improvement over the Pats, probably next step in evolution.... For me it's so easy to lower 3PH, backup to implement, raise 3PH, engage, jump off flip lock levers, BOOM ready to go (except maybe for PTO) .... IF implement does not...

This was my solution to not having a "timberjack" to get log up off the dirt.... You can cut from any side.... Dale
