From the video, it's pretty obvious that the shaft connected to the tractor's pto has been assembled incorrectly. The Cardan yokes are 90 degrees off. Most shafts are designed to be put together properly phased, so I'd bet that some yahoo put a new yoke on one end without knowing the consequences.

I can't tell from the dark photo at the tractor end, but first suspicion is that one of the PTO shafts is mis-phased. This are probably low angle shafts, so the yokes at each end of each shaft must be aligned as mirror images. Post some pictures of each shaft showing both ends.

Consider removing it and using a lateral drawbar attached between the lower links. This will/may require a longer PTO shaft as well. Only other options are to single windrow, make a wider windrow when cutting and don't rake it. Maybe us a loader bucket to flatten the windrow as it comes in.

You might need a hydraulic upper link to make forks work effectively. I went with the JD QA loader plates and then got the QA forks. Switch out in less than a minute. But having the loader bucket PLUS rear forks might be actually what you need.

On my machines, those pins tend to get plucked off by the stuff being manipulated, moved, or clamped. I now use Cotter pins rolled around the cylinder pin.
