century 3045

I have a Century 3045 and the shuttle is not engaging correctly. It’s hard to get it to go in forward or reverse at times. When it doesn’t slip in you can hear it grinding. Is there an adjustment for it?

I just bought a used Century 3045. I've noticed that when in the "off" position, the rear PTO still is rotating. The owner before me said he thought that was normal and that if it was connected to anything it wouldn't move if "off". Doesn't seem safe to me. Anyone know any differently? Suggestions?

The century 3045 quit moving when I was using it to move some dirt and debri up a hill. Then i was able to back up very slowly and then forward about 30 feet and it quit moving all together I tried adjusting the clutch that did not help could it be anything other than a bad clutch?
