Bird, what I do feel is alot safer! I don't have to worry about another tracker crossing the center line and taking me out. And my tractor is covered by my home owner's insurance without having to take out an extra policy! Lot's of pluses owning a tractor.

Good luck with the new tractor. The size seems like the right fit. I'm also a cancer survivor. I justified my used 35TLB purchase because it cost the same amount received for selling my Harley. Weekends I could either ride the bike or take the poontoon out and I hardly used the bike to justify keeping it. I only have one acre but a smaller tractor would not let me accomplish all my projects and it's my retirement gift to myself.
