2305 & Curtis Cab

The first one will take about 7 hours plus what ever accessories you get. The heater took an additional 2 hours. If you do a second one maybe 5 hours will get it done.

I understand that it takes quite a while to install the cab initially. Are you planning to leave it on all year round? I'd expect to remove it for the warmer months. That's what I was hoping to hear about.

I will never take it off because it is very windy here and I don't want to deal with the plumbing for the heater. In the dog days of summer I will take the doors off and maybe the rear window because it doesn't open. It will take longer to find a safe place to store them than it will to remove them.

I have a soft side cab on my 2210. Same cab except for the fiberglass doors and rear panel.
It takes about an hour and a half to take it off for the summer and re-install it for the winter. The windshield is a little challenging without a second person.

I put 1/4 turn ball valves on the heater lines. I disconnect the hoses and tuck them behind the engine side panel for the summer.

I put weather pack connectors on the harness for the radio, wiper, cab lights and heater blower motor.

I also have rops lights so I use the same connector and swap it between the rops and cab lights.
