Actually canceled the order. I'd pay that kind of money if they could get it to me before the real cold comes, but that's a lot of cash for a 6 week wait. Maybe next summer. Thanks all for your input though.

I think you'll find it was worth the wait.
Just cleared my driveway for the second time today with the cab/heater on. Temperature hasn't gotten lower than the high 20's F, and we've only gotten about 6" snow, but now, instead of dreading the ordeal, I actually look forward to it!
Arrived today, woo hoo! Heater didn't make it, but I've got stuff to keep me busy installing the cab for now.
Labrat or anyone else who did this - how did you route the snowblower chute deflector cable into the cab?
Thanks!

I have a 2320 but basicly the same cab style, I removed the plastic glass on the left hand side, this was where I also put my heater, so that I would have less "stuff" in the way when I get out of the cab. I also lowered the heater a few inches so that I had room for the cable chute deflector. I thinks that I used 3/16 plate or whatever was the same thickness as the acrylic window it was replacing. I then painted it JD Green and installed it. Looks factory original!I never use the brakes so I ran the cable through the hole in the floor and clamped it to the brake petal.
