I see closed delta with one center tapped phase. If you can utilize it you have a gold mine. You can get 3 phase 240, single phase 240, 208, and 120. Closed delta is common in VT, almost always if this voltage center tapped. A very versatile system. I am concerned, in VT you would be on a demand rate. Peak load factors against usage. Don't use much power, but peak out the load 15 minutes a month I.E. Stick a welder, you pay through the nose.
