I'm coming up on 350hr on my 3320 and it has been relatively problem free. But this one seems non typical. I actually noticed it a few weeks back but dismissed it as nothing. While climbing my steep drive in A range with cruise on and 20k on the tac, it seems to surge slightly almost as if the load match was having issue monitoring rpms.
After I got topside I shifted to B and lowered the rpms to about 18. I normally keep it around 18 for driving back an forth to piles or when not "working " it. Yesterday while boxblading it seemed to again have issue with throttle position. I was at 20k with the tac in B and if I lowered the rpm an depressed the hydro pedal(forward and backwards) it barely moved. But if I went to idle on the throttle and back to say 15 or 18 it was fine. I had an error about a year back in relation to the sensor that monitors the engine speed for load matching. It's located near the oil filter on the right side.
It seemed to have wiggled loose from it's connections. Simple fix was to seat it properly and that was it. So at this point I'm wondering if this sensor is on the blink. I tried to calibrate the pedals according to a procedure posted here.
(turn key to on, but don't start engine. Then depress each pedal one at a time for 60 sec). It didn't seem to have any affect. I was concerned that it was the hydro pump but I don't see any evidence of that in the loader or 3pt hitch functions.
So if anyone has any bright idea's, let me have em. I'm getting no error codes and all else seems to be operating sat. I did a hydro fluid and filter change in June of the year.
