The REAL secret is to store all of your 3pt implements on moving dollies. You just roll them into place, hook them up, and off you go. Even my 800 pound 6' blower is <3 minutes on or off. No silly quick-hitch required.

And as said earlier, dollies are 100% useless if don't have a concrete floor or very well packed gravel.

$100 for a HF quick hitch wouldn't even cover the cost of a decent dolly or two or ten, never mind the cost of pouring a slab big enough to fit all of them.

Even with a slab to park on, why use a dolly that takes <3 min to hook something up when a QH will have the job done in <30 seconds?

I have a slab, Quick Hitch and all my implements on Dollies. I roll the implement to the tractor and using my remote rear linkage control lift the implement right on. Easy peasy, that's the way I like it for these ole bones.

If you dont have a hard ground surface for a dolly, at least block the implement up before disconecting.

Is it possible to add the B2650 type 3-point system on the B2920? Pull a couple pins and the width of the arms is free to adjust, just slide them in and out. Get the telescoping ends and as long as you're close you can just pull the end out to pop it on then they slide back into position. Ditch the turnbuckles for sure. Hooking the ballast box or the tiller up is easy peasy, no dollies or quick hitch here. Even do it on the uneven ground I have, haven't got the box scraper yet to level everything off lol

Get a JD imatch. The HF quick is okay but it has a lot of slop in it.

Got tied up today and missed the HF QH for 75 bucks...and sadly cannot buy it for 100 out of principal

Might head the pats route anyway as it is easier to accomodate multiple width attachments

I got mine about a year ago, and it isn't sloppy like in your video.

And how much is the imatch? Like most things JD, I'm guessing a lot more.

Most prices I've seen for a new cat 1 imatch is just over 300.

I just installed the harbor freight hitch I've had on my 34 hp kubota for several years on my new 55 hp cat 2 tractor, guess we shall see how it holds up now, no problems with it on the 34 hp.
