Rob, like everyone else...really enjoy your post.... How do you cut those nice deep V ditch on both side of the road like that? Do you have a special implement for this?3RRL said:

I do all the road maintenance with my boxblade by tilting it severely like this for cutting deep gutters. When I added the hydraulic side tilt cylinders, I got them extra long and VERY heavy duty so when the box is tilted like that, it cuts deep or lifts one side of the tractor up.

I do this mostly going forward pulling the tilted boxblade, but there are times I do the same in reverse where I bulldoze a gutter into a meadow off the road. It makes a huge difference on the dirt road shedding water and reducing ruts on the road itself. I still need to get my road down to the hard DG underneath though. Some areas are better than others.
