Over the last couple years I have bought a dozen. This is the best price. In the past it has varied from $29 down to $24 then $19 then back up to $29. Suggest you load up now if you have the need in the coming year.

One of our kitchen fluorescent fixtures went out. It is in a box with two 2x4ft fixtures in it. All the costco LED shoplights I installed a couple years back are working fine so I went to get some more, no luck, not in stock. But as it happens Amazon now has LED shoplights at a similar price, $28. They are linkable and can also be flushmounted which is what I need in the kitchen light box. I was going to adapt the hanging costco LED but this is even easier.

I looked at the Amazon LED kits the last time this was mentioned. Aside from color, there is another aspect to watch: some kits come with the short power cords to string the fixtures in series, for other brands that cable set or even the wall cable with inline switch, is an option you buy separately. So consider this when comparing price.

I think that's the same as what I saw at Tractor Supply for the same price. Possibly TSC's were shorter - I didn't notice the length.
I wonder if they were TSC's Monthly Special which are usually interesting and a good value.
When comparing or shopping for these, be sure to note the lumens. There is a wide margin of light output all being sold as "shop lights", so do your homework. Some produce lower light than T8 or T12 lamps, while others produce much more light.
